Terms of Service

By using videosi.io you agree to these terms.

1. The service

videosi turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos and images. videosi is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or with the owners of any trend, song, game or brand named on its pages.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use videosi or buy credits.

3. Photos you may upload

Upload only photos you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear in the result. Photos must be JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC files up to 10 MB. You may not upload:

• photos of anyone under 18 in an intimate or romantic effect, or any sexual content involving minors;
• nude or sexual content;
• photos of celebrities or other public figures, or of any person who has not agreed;
• anything meant to deceive, harass, threaten or defame a real person;
• photos or artwork you do not have the right to use.

We may refuse a generation, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. See section 7.

4. Credits and payment

• Every generation costs credits; the price is shown on the Generate button before you pay.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases from $6.99 and their credits never expire.
• Plans start at $29.90 a month (or a yearly price) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each successful charge adds that period's credits. You can cancel at any time in your account with Manage billing, which opens the Waffo customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already charged is not refunded and credits already added stay on your account.
• If a generation fails or is blocked by a content check, its credits are returned automatically.
• Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller on your statement, calculates any tax and issues the receipt. We never see your card number.
• Purchases are final and are not refunded. For a double charge, a payment that did not arrive, or rights the law does not let us exclude, write to support@videosi.io. See the Refund Policy.

5. Your videos and how you may use them

You may use the results of paid generations for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the rights in the photos you uploaded. We give you no licence to any original video, song, artist name, game or brand that inspired an effect, and you may not present a result as made or endorsed by them. Many platforms require AI-generated videos to be labelled as such. You are responsible for following those rules wherever you publish.

6. Copyright and takedown

If you believe something on videosi infringes your rights, follow the steps on the Copyright page. We remove content that is shown to infringe and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use videosi to make sexual content, violent or gory content, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks. The full rules, how we handle reports and how to appeal are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. AI results are not guaranteed

Results are produced by AI models and vary from one generation to the next. We do not promise that a result will match an example exactly or be suitable for a particular purpose. Video effects are produced with Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, made by ByteDance, and you pick the tier before each render; image effects use GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI). They run on third-party hosts (APIMart, RunningHub, Higgsfield). See the Privacy Policy for what is shared with them.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using videosi and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; the steps are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell signed-in users by email before it takes effect.
