What a video costs
Credits per 12-second video. You choose the model, resolution and format before each render; every format costs the same.
| Model | 480p | 720p | 1080p |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Seedance 2.0 Mini | 5 | 10 | — |
| Fast Seedance 2.0 Fast | 8 | 17 | — |
| Pro Seedance 2.0 | 10 | 20 | 50 |
| Ultra Seedance 2.5 | 17 | 37 | 93 |
Shorter effects cost their share, rounded up: a 5-second effect on Standard 720p is 5 credits.
Every video is delivered as an MP4, in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9. You need an account with enough credits before a render starts.
Refunds in short
- A render that fails or is blocked returns its credits automatically.
- Purchases are final: credit packs and plan payments are not refunded.
- Cancel a plan anytime from your account: it stops renewing and you keep the credits already added.
- AI results vary, so check your photo against the tips before you render.
The full rules are in the refund policy.
What is not guaranteed
Videos are generated by Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, AI video models made by ByteDance. They aim to keep your face and outfit and to follow the timing of the trend, but exact likeness and small details can vary between renders. Higher tiers usually hold detail better, but no model is perfect.

Pricing questions
How much does one videosi video cost?
A standard videosi video (Standard model, 720p, 12 seconds) costs 10 credits. Depending on the model and resolution, a 12-second video costs 5 to 93 credits, and the price is shown before you start. The smallest pack is $6.99 for 10 credits, which is 1 standard video.
Is videosi free?
No. videosi has no free tier and no free credits. You buy a credit pack once, from $6.99 for 10 credits, or subscribe from $29.90 a month for 100 credits, and spend credits on each video. The price in credits is shown before every render, so nothing is charged by surprise.
Do I need a subscription for videosi?
No. videosi credit packs are one-off payments, and their credits never expire. A plan such as Basic at $29.90 a month is optional: it adds 100 fresh credits every month, costs less per video than the smallest pack, and renews until you cancel it.
How do I cancel a videosi plan?
Open your videosi account and choose Manage billing, which opens the Waffo customer portal where you can cancel in a minute. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you already paid for is not refunded, and the credits already added to your account stay there.
Do videosi credits expire?
No. videosi pack credits and plan credits stay on your account until you use them, even after you cancel a plan. A $99 Crew Pack gives 250 credits, about 25 standard videos, and you can spend them whenever you like.
What happens if a videosi render fails or is blocked?
The credits for that render go back to your videosi account automatically, so a failed 10-credit video costs you nothing. The reason is shown next to the item in My creations. You do not need to write to us. Only the credits come back, not money, because the payment itself is final.
Can I get my money back from videosi?
No. videosi credit packs and plan payments are final and are not refunded, so check the price before you pay. What comes back is credits: a render that fails or is blocked returns its credits automatically, and credits never expire. For a double charge or a payment that did not arrive, write to us.
