Privacy Policy

Your photo is the input for one generation. We do not use it to train models or for marketing, and we do not sell it.
This policy explains what videosi (“we”) collects when you use videosi.io, what we do with it and how long we keep it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. If you create an account with an email and a password, we store only a salted hash of the password, never the password itself.
- Your credit balance, credit history and purchase history. Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record; we never see or store your card number.
- The photos you upload and the results we generate.
- Usage events such as page views, uploads, generations and purchases, with the effect page, the referring channel, the device type and the language.
Google user data
When you choose Continue with Google, we ask Google only for your basic profile: your email address, whether Google has verified it, your name and your Google account ID (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use them only to create your videosi account, sign you in and email you about your account and purchases. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, we do not sell this data or use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except as described under Who we share it with. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove videosi from your Google account at any time, and deleting your videosi account deletes this data.
Photos you upload
- Photos are used only to generate the video or image you asked for.
- To generate a result we send your photo to the AI model provider that runs the effect. The provider receives the photo through a link that expires after 1 hour.
- You can delete any result sooner in My creations, and deleting your account removes all of them at once.
- A result is private unless you choose to share it. A shared result can be made private again at any time.
Links you paste
When you paste a video link we read the public title, author name and thumbnail that the platform publishes through its official embed service. We do not download the video. We keep the link, its title and its hashtags to work out which effects people are looking for. If you leave an email address to be told when an effect is ready, we use it for that one message.
How we use it
To run your generations, keep you signed in, process payments, return credits when something fails, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages, prevent abuse and see which pages work so we can fix the ones that do not.
Who we share it with
- Sign-in: Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
- Payments: Waffo (Waffo Pancake) is the merchant of record. It receives your payment details and email address, calculates any tax and sends your receipt.
- AI models: your photo goes to the hosts that run the models (APIMart, RunningHub, Higgsfield). The models are made by their own companies: Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance, and for image effects GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI).
- Email delivery: Resend sends sign-in links and notifications.
- Hosting and storage: Cloudflare.
We share data with the authorities only when the law requires it or to report child sexual abuse material. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We set cookies that keep you signed in and keep your uploaded photo attached to your browser before you sign in. Our own usage events are stored on our own database. We may use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic; if we do, Google receives page views and device information from your browser.

Download anything you want to keep before then.
Copies held by providers
When we delete a photo or result, we delete our copy. The model hosts and makers run their own systems, so we cannot guarantee that a provider deletes its copy at the same moment.
Your rights
You can download or delete your results, turn off notification emails and delete your account with all of its data from the Account page. You can also write to us to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to a data protection authority.
Children
videosi is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you think a child has used the service, write to us and we will delete the account. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change, and we will email signed-in users about significant ones.
