Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy applies to every photo you upload and every result you make with videosi. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Content standards
You may not upload, generate or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content. Nudity, sexual acts or sexualised images of anyone.
- Violence and gore. Graphic injury, torture, or content that glorifies or incites violence.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks or demeans people for race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Photos of real people who have not agreed, including celebrities and public figures, or results meant to make others believe a real person did or said something.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Material you have no right to use, or results presented as made or endorsed by a brand, artist or rights holder.
Zero tolerance: CSAM, sexual content involving minors, and non-consensual intimate images. These lead to immediate account closure and, where the law requires or allows, a report to the authorities.
Content moderation
The AI model providers that run our effects apply their own safety filters to inputs and outputs, and they block some generations. When a generation is blocked, its credits are returned automatically. We also review reports from users and from rights holders by hand.
Reporting
To report content or an account, email support@videosi.io with the link to the result or the account email, and say which rule you think is broken. We answer within 48 hours. For copyright claims see the Copyright page.
Enforcement actions
Depending on how serious the breach is, we take one or more of these steps:
- Block the generation and return the credits.
- Send a warning.
- Suspend the account.
- Close the account. For CSAM we also report to the authorities.
We may skip steps for serious breaches. Closing an account removes access to unused credits, except where the law says otherwise.
Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, write to support@videosi.io within 14 days of the action, from the email address on your account, and explain why. A person reviews the appeal and replies by email.
