How it is made
The ATEEZ BAD AI Dance prompt and model
ATEEZ BAD AI Dance is made with Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (you pick the tier) by ByteDance. The prompt behind it has 5 parts, and the timing is what makes or breaks it.
- Model
- Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (you pick the tier)
- Mode
- Photo + motion reference to video
- Length
- 8 seconds, 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9
- Input
- 1 photo
- Identity lock Your photo is the only source for the face, hair, build and outfit, held through every squat and the low lunge.
- Motion reference An 8-second clip of an AI-made ordinary dancer doing the BAD challenge supplies the moves and the timing, and nothing else.
- Scene A sunny riverside plaza with a city skyline far behind, and you alone in frame like a challenge video.
- Timeline Six beats over 8 seconds, from the bouncing fists to the X-arms overhead, the diagonal punch and the closing side lunge.
- Rules One dancer, five fingers, feet planted, full body in frame, no stage outfits, no cuts, no outfit changes, no text.
Photorealistic live-action phone footage, 8 seconds, one continuous take, camera on a tripod at chest height, the dancer's full body in frame.…
Why it goes wrong when you do it yourself
- Ask a video model for the ATEEZ BAD dance by name and it invents a stage, a crowd of backup dancers and matching black outfits, or a generic hip-hop routine, because it does not know the challenge moves.
- Without a motion reference the X-arms overhead and the deep side lunge, which make the dance read as BAD, rarely appear at all.
- Deep squats and a lunge towards the floor are where most models lose your face; without an identity lock you come up out of the lunge as someone else.
- Name a K-pop group in a prompt and some models try to give you an idol look or a group member's face; the prompt has to keep you exactly as in your photo.

What is the ATEEZ BAD AI Dance trend?
Updated · videosi is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or with the owners of any trend, song, game or brand named on its pages.
BAD is the title track of ATEEZ's 14th mini album, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5, released on 26 June 2026, with the music video out on 29 June. The song gave the group its first KBS Music Bank win on 3 July 2026, and a dance challenge to its chorus spread on TikTok and Instagram over the summer.
The AI side of the trend started in July 2026: creators posted AI clips of kittens, dogs and cartoon characters doing the BAD challenge, and searches like ateez bad ai and ateez bad ai cat followed. Our trend radar picked up a fresh wave of these AI clips on 24 October 2026, so on this page it counts as an emerging trend that is only starting its second round. We do not claim view counts or name a creator of the challenge choreography, which is unconfirmed.
This page makes the version where you do the dance. From one photo, your face, hair and outfit are kept, and you dance 8 seconds of the challenge on a sunny riverside plaza: bouncing fists, wide squats, arms crossed in an X overhead, a diagonal punch and a deep side lunge. The moves come from an AI-made clip of an ordinary dancer, not from the group or the official music video, and you stay yourself.
The video comes with the BAD sound already on it, lined up with the moves. videosi is independent and not affiliated with ATEEZ or KQ Entertainment.

Tips for a better result
Show your whole body
The dance is squats, a punch and a deep lunge. A photo with legs and shoes in frame keeps your outfit and stance right through every move.
Keep your face clear
Skip sunglasses, masks and caps pulled low: the model needs your face shape and hair to keep you recognisable when you dip into the lunge.
Wear something easy to read
Jeans and a plain T-shirt or a jacket show the squats clearly. Long dresses can hide the legs and make the wide stances look vague.
Use a bright, sharp photo
An even, well-lit photo gives the model clean detail; a dark or blurry selfie tends to drift during the fast arm moves.
Good to know before you make a ATEEZ BAD AI Dance video
- You dance as yourself in your own outfit: there are no stage costumes, no idol styling and no group member looks.
- The low lunge and the X-arms are the hardest part; now and then a hand blurs for a few frames.
- The video comes with the trend's original sound and lasts 8 seconds, and likeness is not guaranteed. A failed, timed-out or blocked render returns its credits automatically.
- This page makes a person dance, not a pet. videosi is not affiliated with ATEEZ or KQ Entertainment, and the moves come from an AI-made clip, not from the official video.
