How it is made
The Nicole Kidman Dance Trend prompt and model
Nicole Kidman Dance Trend is made with Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (you pick the tier) by ByteDance. The prompt behind it has 5 parts, and the timing is what makes or breaks it.
- Model
- Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (you pick the tier)
- Mode
- Photo + motion reference to video
- Length
- 12 seconds, 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9
- Input
- 1 photo
- Identity lock Your photo is the only source for the face, hair, build, outfit and shoes, held identical even with the arms over the head, and the dancer is told not to look like any celebrity.
- Motion reference A 12-second dance cover by an ordinary dancer supplies every move and its timing, and nothing else: not his face, his clothes or the place.
- Scene The scene you choose: a dark studio with spotlights, a subway platform, a neon fitness studio or a patio at night, with the camera standing still.
- Timeline Six beats over 12 seconds, from the opening pose to the finger to the lips, the prayer hands, the hip pop and the slide down.
- Rules One dancer, real weight on the floor, five fingers per hand, no zoom, cuts, logos, text or slow motion, nothing suggestive.
Photorealistic live-action phone footage, 12 seconds, one continuous shot from a phone on a tripod at chest height, a few steps in front of a single dancer.…
Why it goes wrong when you do it yourself
- A text prompt alone gives a generic TikTok dance: the finger to the lips, the prayer hands and the hip pop that make this routine are lost without a motion reference.
- Typing the name Nicole Kidman into a prompt pushes many models toward a celebrity lookalike or gets the request blocked; the song title should never reach the model as a person.
- When both arms go over the head the hands often melt into the hair or gain extra fingers, so it needs explicit rules about hands and contact.
- Each try costs model credits and several minutes, and landing 12 seconds of choreography beat for beat usually takes more than one try.

What is the Nicole Kidman Dance Trend trend?
Updated · videosi is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or with the owners of any trend, song, game or brand named on its pages.
The Nicole Kidman dance trend is a TikTok dance challenge set to "Nicole Kidman", a song by the Slovak singer ADÉLA. Ordinary people film themselves doing the same short routine in front of a phone: a cool standing groove, a finger to the lips, a wide arm sweep, prayer hands in front of the face, a hand behind the head with a hip pop, and the hands sliding down the body. It is about 12 seconds of confidence, and captions usually say some version of "I feel like Nicole".
The name comes only from the song title. The actress Nicole Kidman did not create the dance and is not in the clips this page copies. ADÉLA has said the song is about feeling like a movie star after dressing up for a night out; the name is shorthand for glamour. The song is on her debut album PRIMA, released on 4 September 2026, and it later entered the Billboard Hot 100.
Dance covers were already on TikTok by mid September 2026, and many captions credit the choreography to a dancer named Kyler Irby, which we have not confirmed independently. By October it was everywhere, from subway stations to kitchens, plus a separate water bottle version.
videosi does not turn you into Nicole Kidman and does not use her face or image. The AI version keeps your own face and outfit and copies only the moves and the 12-second timing; you pick the photo, the scene and the format.

Tips for a better result
Show at least down to the knees
The hip pop and the slide down the body are half the routine. A photo that shows your outfit down to the knees or feet gives the model your real clothes instead of invented ones.
Dress like you are going out
The song is about feeling like a star. Most covers use a sharp outfit: a crop top and wide trousers, a big jacket, an all-white look. Plain, bold colours read best.
Keep the face clear
No sunglasses, masks or caps pulled low. Your hands pass in front of your face for the finger to the lips and the prayer hands, and a clear face is what brings the likeness back.
One person, and it has to be you
Use a photo of just you, an adult. Crop out friends; a second face can end up on the dancer. Photos of celebrities, Nicole Kidman included, are not accepted.
